Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a confident and highly organised Front of House Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Karrinyup sauna and wellbeing venue. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in spa, hospitality, or customer-facing environments, combining customer service, team leadership, and venue management.
You’ll bring structure, calm confidence, and a passion for creating elevated experiences. From leading your team to ensuring the venue looks and feels world-class every day, you’ll play a key role in shaping memorable guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of casual and part-time staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day venue operations, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Manage rostering and oversee recruitment, and staff training, building a confident and capable team.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer journey from arrival to departure, with a focus on hospitality and wellbeing.
  • Manage stock levels, and support head office with systems, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
