Reporting to the General Manager within the establishment, this position provides operational leadership to a team of foodservice associates.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Good knowledge of computerized spreadsheets and word processing programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with fellow team members and guests in a mature and professional manner.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident, organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Smart Serve Safe trained.
  • Knowledgeable of health and safety legislations.
  • Ability to be passionate about managing Guests and Staff.

Responsibilities
  • Train, coach and supervise team members.
