In the role of Front of House manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the daily Front Office operation together with a dedicated team of Guest Service Managers and Front Office Agents. You naturally inspire your team members with your upbeat personality, and you find it important to create a positive and inclusive work environment where fun comes first. In this role you will report directly to the Operations Manager with who you will constantly be looking for improvements, optimization and new ideas.

• Lead and train the team by coordinating the activities of the front office;
• Drive, plan and achieve departmental goals by applying latest trends in the market;
• Assist to monitor and handle guest complaints, and create pro-active planning to increase guest satisfaction scores;
• Interview & selection and training & development of employees;
• Flexibility to respond to different work situations (including scheduling);
• Working closely together with our housekeeping and maintenance team.
