Responsibilities
  • Lead and train the team by coordinating the activities of the front office;
  • Drive, plan and achieve departmental goals by applying latest trends in the market;
  • Assist to monitor and handle guest complaints, and create pro-active planning to increase guest satisfaction scores;
  • Interview & selection and training & development of employees;
  • Flexibility to respond to different work situations (including scheduling);
  • Working closely together with our housekeeping and maintenance team.
