JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant’s front-of-house team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a fine dining or casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a management role within casual dining settings is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
  • A background in culinary arts or food production is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
