Create Catering is restructuring and introducing three brand-new management positions at our flagship venue, the world-famous Penguin Parade Visitors Centre. This is your chance to take the lead in one of Victoria’s most iconic tourism destinations!

We are seeking passionate, hands-on leaders to join our team in the following full-time roles:

  • Café Manager
  • Bar & FOH Manager
  • Functions & Events Manager

Each role will play a key part in delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.
About the Roles

As a member of our management team, you will:

  • Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance, and safety.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Manage rosters, labour costs, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Be a role model for excellence, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced hospitality leaders who are:

  • Proven in leading teams in a hospitality, events, or tourism environment.
  • Confident decision-makers with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Organised, resilient, and adaptable in high-pressure situations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality (essential)
  • A valid RSA (or willingness to obtain)
  • A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Food Safety & WHS knowledge highly regarded
