Responsibilities

• Manage UberEats, Menulog & phone orders
• Lead & supervise staff during shifts
• Ensure orders are accurate & charged correctly
• Handle customer enquiries & complaints
• Keep store clean, organised & professional

Requirements

• Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (non-negotiable)
• Experience in management / team leading (hospitality or retail)
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Reliable, organised & able to work under pressure
• Confident using POS, UberEats & Menulog
