Set in the heart of Liverpool ONE, the elegant architectural features of the beautiful building have been lovingly restored, creating 55 bedrooms over five floors. All the rooms are light-filled with original sash windows and three-metre-high ceilings. .
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to be responsible for and oversee the daily operations, within the reception, nights and rooms departments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, reception and rooms operations. Working to ensure the highest standards of guest service at all times, whilst ensuring that all procedures and controls are followed consistently and accurately.
The role involves working closely with the reception, nights, housekeeping and maintenance teams on a day to day basis. Additionally liaising with the reservations and wider sales and marketing teams at our sister hotel up on Hope Street.
Duties include;
Responsible for the reception, nights and housekeeping team, ensuring friendly, welcoming professional guest service and delivery of service standards at the highest level.
Recruitment, training, development and performance management of the teams
Exceeding guest expectations, dealing with any issues and ensuring friendly attentive service from all of the team.
Exceeding expectations in all agreed budgets and KPI’s (revenue & Guest service)
Overseeing all aspects of health and safety with the support of senior managers.
Working on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends.
