POSITION SUMMARY:

As FOH Manager, you are the culture-driver for a team of 20 and service standard-setter for our guest-facing operations. From coordinating floor service and coaching the team to managing reservations and solving real-time challenges, you’ll oversee the entire dining experience with poise, professionalism, and warmth. You’ll also be a direct partner to our ownership and culinary team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in FOH management (Upscale preferred)
  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices and restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership, communication and team development skills
  • Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Savvy with hospitality tech programs (POS / Reservation / Delivery / Scheduling / Quickbooks / Design / Marketing etc)
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Sushi or Asian concept experience is a major plus—but not required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Lead the host and server teams during service, as well support the bar and expo teams
  • Ensure smooth, professional floor operations that meet/exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain and elevate service standards across table service, pacing, and cleanliness
  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage FOH staff
  • Handle guest concerns or service recovery issues with confidence and tact
  • Manage OpenTable/reservations, daily floor plans, large parties, and events
  • Track performance metrics and communicate regularly with ownership and BOH leadership
