We are a high-volume, fast-paced, award-winning, oceanfront restaurant that is looking for an experienced leader to join our team! Our managers are instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our restaurant. They provide invaluable support to our staff during service hours and bolster our management team with their adept decision-making and strategic planning abilities.

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, special events and other related activities
• Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues
• Training, coaching, and enforcing corrective action to all restaurant associates
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and conduct in accordance with appropriate regulations
• Ensure proper communication within the restaurant by conducting and participating in regular meetings with all team members
• Recruit new hires, training, coaching, and counseling team members, following company, state, and federal regulations
• Assist General Manager in managing finances of the restaurant, including budget and inventory controls
• Responsible for communicating with upcoming groups to organize all on-site functions
• Other duties as assigned
