About Us
Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is a fast-paced, family-focused daytime restaurant serving high-quality breakfast and lunch. We are looking for a motivated Front of House Manager to lead our service team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and maintain smooth restaurant operations.
What You’ll Do
Supervise, train, and motivate FOH staff (servers, hosts, bussers).
Respond to Google reviews and encourage staff to request guest reviews.
Manage daily operations, guest satisfaction, and service flow.
Control labour costs with effective scheduling and staffing.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
Provide feedback, coaching, and discipline to maintain standards.
Conduct performance appraisals and set growth goals.
Maintain cleanliness and enforce health & safety standards.
Monitor UberEats, SkipTheDishes, and DoorDash portals to address performance or customer feedback issues.
Handle daily cash-outs and communicate reports with ownership.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in a supervisory/management role (restaurant or hospitality).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Hands-on problem solver with customer service focus.
Knowledge of POS systems and delivery platforms.
Smart Serve certification (or equivalent).
Availability for daytime shifts (7 AM – 3 PM, weekends & holidays included).
