JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of food service management. This role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations in the front of house.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Micros POS.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Experience in interviewing and training new employees is preferred.
  • Background in kitchen operations or barista experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
