JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment alongside our General Manager and Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be an experienced FOH team member looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in food preparation and safety, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or hotel environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills to motivate staff.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a hospitality setting.
  • Previous experience in bartending or food preparation is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front of house team, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards are consistently delivered.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between the front and back of house.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff in bartending, food preparation, and service techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
