Experience:

• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred

• Provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
• Create authentic connections with guests at every opportunity.
• Handle problems with efficiency and care.
• Adapt to the flow of restaurant
• Demonstrate your passion for food and beverage and guest experiences through product and menu knowledge
• Empower and develop team to provide the best guest experience possible
• Model and uphold service standards and company values; work closely with GM and Bar Manager and team to maintain standards and guest relations
• Full understanding of opening and closing procedures of restaurant; responsible for holding self and team accountable
• Responsible for the quality, service and atmosphere of the restaurant
• Maintain a safe and positive culture for team
• Work alongside GM and Bar Manager in screening bar applicants and sitting in on second interviews if needed
• Develop + empower team; responsible for day 3 + 4 training of all new hires (on floor training), and continued training of existing staff
  Compensation: starting $55,000+ annual salary
