Location: The Plough Inn, Marsham NR10 5PS
Hours: Full-time, Part time, flexible (including evenings and some weekends)

We are a warm and welcoming establishment with a reputation for excellent service, quality food, and a vibrant atmosphere. Our team is passionate about hospitality, and we’re now looking for an experienced Front of House / Restaurant Manager to join us and help lead our front-of-house operations.
The Role

As Front of House / Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Leading, training, and motivating the FOH team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Managing bookings, floor plans, and coordinating with the kitchen team.
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Monitoring stock levels (bar, floor supplies) and working with suppliers.
  • Supporting the General Manager/Owners in meeting sales and service targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
