Your role will involve training and mentoring staff, scheduling shifts, and managing performance to maintain high levels of productivity and morale. You will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved satisfactorily. Your ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically will be essential in maintaining positive guest relationships and fostering repeat business. In addition to guest relations, you will oversee daily operational tasks such as managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely communication of guest preferences and special requests. The Front of House Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and controlling costs to meet budgetary targets. You will regularly review operational procedures and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction. Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 45 per week
