POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Front of House Manager at The Scotsman Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing guest experiences at Scotland’s most iconic and luxurious heritage hotels. You’ll lead the Front of House team, including the Concierge Reception Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
