JOB SUMMARY

The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant’s front of house activities. This position involves overseeing staff, managing customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in both casual and fine dining environments. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food handling standards.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems (Toast)
  • Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and financial management within a restaurant setting.
  • Background in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality management principles.   • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the front of house operations.
