We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new Mondern American Style restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house staff and kitchen operations, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritises food safety and quality.
We are open Mondays to thuradays 8am to 6pm, Fridays and Saturdays 8am to 8pm and Sundays 9.30am to 4.30pm, open 362 days a year.
