Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Front of House Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced premium casual dining environment, and wants to lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, inspire, and develop our front-of-house team to deliver warm, responsive, and polished service
  • Ensure every guest feels like a neighbourhood regular, welcomed and well cared for
  • Manage daily FOH operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and adherence to company policies
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Drive sales and service goals, creating a positive and productive work environment
  • Be hands-on and ready to jump in whenever needed
