JOB SUMMARY

As the Front of House Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day service, supervising FOH staff, and creating a welcoming, well-run environment for both guests and team members. You’ll help shape the service culture at Hidden Pocket and play a key leadership role as we grow.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant, bar, or hospitality)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, guest-focused environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling software
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Smart Choice Certification

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff (servers, bartenders, hosts)
• Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service
• Manage daily floor operations, table flow, and reservations
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure FOH areas are clean, stocked, and service-ready
• Oversee FOH inventory
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar
• Enforce liquor and gaming regulations
