We’re building a brand-new team at the Metropolitan Hotel in Melbourne and are hiring front of house staff ahead of our grand opening on the 8th of Sept. This is your chance to be part of an exciting pub and late-night venue that will eventually include a 165-capacity nightclub.

Role Available:

  • Front of House Staff – clearing tables, running food and drinks, and creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • People with hospitality experience in pubs, bars, or nightclubs.
  • Charismatic, outgoing personalities who love chatting with customers and keeping the vibe fun.
  • Team players with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility for late night shifts – we have one of the only late-night licences in Melbourne.

  • Ability to carry 3 plates preferable but not compulsory

  • At least 2 years Exp in FOH roles.
