Your role will come with various responsibilities which will make your department run smoothly. Responsibilities Welcoming guest with a warm greeting. Checking in guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met. Upselling items and promoting our loyalty scheme Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section. Helping other team members in different departments when needed. Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.
