We are looking to fill a couple of vacancies with both part-time and full-time positions available. Interviews will take place between 26th - 29th August. Our Front of House Team are responsible for delivering the exceptional Nǎm Sông experience to all our customers. We’re all about creating an atmosphere that is as bright and colourful as our beautiful lanterns so we’re on the luck out for chatty and sociable individuals to join our team.
In your role as Front of House you will be meeting our standards in delivering fantastic service to our valued customers during busy periods. We are looking for a team member who enjoys working in hospitality and gets satisfaction from providing a memorable experience. We’re looking for people with:
· An outgoing and uplifting personality who is looking to contribute to an energetic and vibrant work team
· The ability to remain calm and thrive during busy periods in order to maintain a high quality of service
· The drive to have fun at work and work hard
· An excellent work ethic and an open mind in order to learn new skills
Your general duties will include but are not limited to: meeting and greeting customers, taking customer orders, running food and drink, maintaining site cleanliness, assisting in opening and closing the site, working together as a team, delivering the Nǎm Sông experience and upholding company values. Barista and Bar experience is ideal but not essential.
