About the role In this role, you will be part of a vibrant arts and events environment at the Bellarine Arts Centre, supporting the delivery of performances, functions and community activities. You will provide welcoming and professional front-of-house service across box office, bar and kiosk operations, while helping ensure the venue is safe, clean and well presented for all visitors. Key responsibilities include: * Providing friendly and professional customer service to patrons, hirers and community users. * Supporting box office, bookings, bar and kiosk operations during events and performances. * Assisting with event set-up, room preparation and general venue presentation. * Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment, including basic cleaning and adherence to OH&S procedures. About you To be successful in this role, you will bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a busy events or hospitality-style environment. You are adaptable, reliable, and confident engaging with a wide range of people, including community groups, schools and event patrons.
