Seeking a motivated Bilingual (English & Spanish) Front of House Operations Leader for Chick-fil-A Green Mountain. FOH Ops Leads, uphold quality and safety standards, and foster a cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to manage front of house and drive thru operations.
  • Lead, coach and mentor staff.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with back-of-house team.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in training new staff.

Qualifications:

  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Food safety knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
