JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for all visitors while maintaining the operational efficiency of our front of house.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage with guests positively.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
