We’re a small but ambitious restaurant/gastrobar, just three months old and newly entered into the Michelin Guide just last month. It’s an exciting time for us — we’re growing fast and pushing forward, constantly evolving who we are and where we’re going. Everything we do, from the dishes we create to the wines we pour and the stories we tell around them, is about delivering a guest experience that feels effortless, personal, and unforgettable.
We’re looking for a senior front of house professional who can help us curate memorable wine experiences and elevate our guest journey from the moment they book until long after they leave.
This isn’t a classic sommelier role. Yes, you’ll be deeply involved in our evolving wine program, working directly alongside our chef patron to shape our list and find exciting new producers, but you’ll also be equally passionate about service, storytelling, team training, operations, and creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

• Work closely with our chef patron to develop and evolve our wine program, including premium by the glass and bottle offerings.
• Train, inspire, and lead our FOH team, making sure everyone can confidently talk about our wines and pairings. Identifying training requirements and running sessions to build knowledge of the whole team.
• Be an engaging host for our guests — sharing knowledge and stories without pretension, helping people discover new wines, and tailoring recommendations to individual tastes.
• Support the broader guest experience: from service and floor management to admin and event planning.
• Collaborate on marketing content, helping us tell the story of our wine program across socials, newsletters, and member updates.
• Help us plan and deliver special wine events — think tastings, winemaker dinners, and unique collaborations.
