We’re a small but ambitious restaurant/gastrobar, just three months old and newly entered into the Michelin Guide just last month. Everything we do, from the dishes we create to the wines we pour and the stories we tell around them, is about delivering a guest experience that feels effortless, personal, and unforgettable.
We’re looking for a senior front of house professional who can help us curate memorable wine experiences and elevate our guest journey from the moment they book until long after they leave.
This isn’t a classic sommelier role. Yes, you’ll be deeply involved in our evolving wine program, working directly alongside our chef patron to shape our list and find exciting new producers, but you’ll also be equally passionate about service, storytelling, team training, operations, and creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
