Description

We are currently seeking a Front of House, Reception, Administrator for our Audiology & Hearing Aid Clinic at Click Hearing Ltd in Chelmsford.
The proposed hours are Wednesday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. Clinic hours are Monday - Friday from 08:30 to 17:15 & Saturday 08:45: to 16:45.
As a Front of House, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will involve welcoming and assisting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of our clinic.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and confident in both computer skills and telephone communication. Excellent customer service skills are essential to ensure our clients feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role or reception/administration is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software programs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Empathy and understanding towards clients with hearing difficulties
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Flexibility to work on a job-share basis, splitting the responsibility with another candidate

    Base Salary of £24,186 pa (pro-rata for part time hours). Share of company discretionary bonus scheme after 3 months probation is passed.
