Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our busy car service and repair centre. You will welcome customers, handle enquiries, manage bookings, and support the wider team with administrative and organisational tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome customers on arrival, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Schedule and update service/repair bookings in our records system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Keep the front-of-house area clean, tidy, and professional
  • Assist with the organisation and coordination of daily workflow and job schedules
  • Liaise with the management team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support general administrative tasks as required
