Tara Lodge, the No. 1 place to stay in Belfast, is seeking a Front of House Receptionist/Breakfast Server.

As a company, we endeavour to provide excellent training to the whole team as we understand that the people we employ are those that make the experience unique for our guests. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Employee Duties:

  • Provide a friendly welcome to each guest
  • Answer reservation enquiries promptly via email and telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests at every interaction
  • Provide tourist information for guests and book tours/tickets where possible
  • Effective communication with Housekeeping and Kitchen departments to ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Reservation admin
  • Effective communications with Kitchen department to ensure smooth running of daily operations

Essential Criteria:

  • Good level of secondary education
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility for Evening & Weekend work

Hours:

  • 20-25 hours a week

Shift Pattern:

  • 8am - 4pm or 4pm-Midnight (Reception)
  • Monday-Friday Hours: 7am - 10:30am & Saturday & Sunday Hours: 8am - 11am (Breakfast)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.70 per hour
