We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Front of House to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate consultation bookings efficiently.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain client records.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about clinic services, promotions, and products to effectively communicate with clients.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, medical, or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
