PART TIME : 20 HOURS PER WEEK

Are you welcoming, organised, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and prospective members at Hybrid Fitness, Wimbledon.

As Front of House, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive first impression and helping customers access our wide range of facilities, including the gym, court hire and fitness classes. Key duties include:

• Greeting members and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Making outbound calls to prospective members and current membership base
• Managing bookings and memberships using our IT system
• Handling payments for new memberships, arrears, guest passes and other adhoc payments.
• Assisting the Club Management team in achieving key business KPI’s through outreach, sales and member retention
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
• Providing information about services and facilities
• Selling / upselling memberships to prospective members
