ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a charismatic, switched-on, and client-focused Front of House to be the heartbeat of our office space. You’ll set the tone from the moment guests walk in, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting marketing initiatives, events, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • First Impressions Matter – Be the welcoming face of our space, greeting clients and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Client Experience Pro – Anticipate client needs, personalise interactions, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
  • Operations & Facilities – Keep the space running smoothly, from managing bookings and post to maintaining a pristine, high-standard workspace.
  • Marketing & Events – Support community-building initiatives, assist with content creation and occasionally attend after-hours events.
  • Sales & Retention – Upsell services, promote meeting room bookings and contribute to high occupancy and client retention.
