Description:

EXPERIENCE

  • You will need to have proven outstanding customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both patients and practitioners. You must be a team player
  • Previous experience in customer service is ESSENTIAL
  • This role would suit someone who has experience in a similar aesthetics clinic.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. You will be required to remain calm in situations of high pressure. Multi tasking is essential.
  • Ability to follow direction and processes with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Previous administration experience advantageous
  • Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced front of house receptionist to join our friendly and patient focused aesthetic clinic.
You will be the patient’s first contact with the clinic and be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for each and every patient - greeting patients, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, taking bookings and payments - all whilst maintaining the clinic’s exceptional customer service standards.
You will handle general day to day activities such as opening and closing the clinic, as well as ensuring the clinic is presented to the highest standard at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and greet patients for booked appointments - ensuring they are met in a professional and considerate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Providing proactive support to the whole team
  • Call handling and bookings. Cancelling & rescheduling appointments as necessary
  • Responsible for taking payments, including daily reconciliation processes
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
