JOB SPECIFICATION – FRONT OF HOUSE (PART-TIME)

Location: Sanya SPA, New Malden

Hours: Part-Time (17.5 hours per week)

  • Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The role involves managing client bookings, handling payments, supporting therapists with the smooth running of the spa, and driving sales through exceptional service and communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a five-star experience throughout their visit.
  • Manage multiple booking platforms, including scheduling, rescheduling, and taking payments.
  • Confidently handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Support therapists with day-to-day spa operations, including maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the spa.
  • Take before-and-after photos of treatments for use on social media (with client consent).
  • Communicate effectively with clients in person, via telephone, and email, always maintaining a professional tone.
  • Actively work towards surpassing weekly sales targets and upselling treatments.
