Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Maintain a professional and polished appearance to uphold the image of Securitas and our clients. Handle telephone enquiries in line with our guidelines and customer requirements. Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Other Responsibilities Administer Security Clearance paperwork with attention to detail and accuracy. Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently. Complete all paperwork legibly and accurately. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Securitas Site Manager and the client.
