JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our studio. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
• A passion for art and tattoos is appreciated.

• Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing appointments and the booking system.
• Handling phone inquiries and responding to emails.
• Providing information on our services and assisting with client queries.
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
• Supporting the tattoo artists as needed.
• Assisting with retail sales of studio merchandise.
