We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front of House Representative to join the team at Tyremaster. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows their tyre brands inside-out, and enjoys helping customers make the right choices for their vehicles.
You’ll be the first face our customers meet – whether they’re walking in, calling up, or booking a mobile tyre service – so a personable manner and a solutions-focused approach are essential.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the tyre or wider motor trade
• Solid knowledge of major tyre brands and confident advising customers on their options.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – both in person and over the phone.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities, particularly when dealing with driver schedules.
• Computer literate, with familiarity in using Excel, apps, and stock systems.
• Able to stay calm and organised under pressure – it’s a busy environment!
• Clean full driving licence.
• Approachable, flexible, and up for pitching in where needed.

• Welcome and assist customers at our front-of-house desk – offering expert guidance on tyre brands and the best fit for their needs.
• Answer customer calls and manage service bookings in a professional, warm, and efficient manner.
• Liaise with mobile tyre drivers to plan and coordinate their daily routes.
• Organise out-of-hours callouts and provide support to on-call drivers.
• Maintain accurate records using our internal systems – including stock updates, service bookings, and customer data.
• Handle data input tasks across various platforms including in-house apps and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and support with ordering when needed.
