JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for career driven 5 plus years as a restaurant manager. If you have not been a restaurant manager before please do not apply. The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests in our establishment. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

SKILLS

  • Strong background in food service management with experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments.
  • Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in staff training, development, and team management.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices.
  • Proven ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high service standards.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
  • Background in hospitality management with an understanding of restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while multitasking effectively.
