At MyFirstGym Hawthorne, we’re on a mission to inspire movement in every child. We’re a kids’ fitness facility offering over 60 classes a week for children aged 0–15, along with free play, birthday parties, school holiday camps, and more!
We’re proud to be part of a positive, energetic, and growing community — and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for helping kids grow through movement.

• Provide a warm, engaging, and high-quality experience to all members and guests
• Coordinate and execute events: birthday parties, date nights, holiday camps, etc.
• Lead by example and support the team with enthusiasm
• Manage the club in the absence of the Club Manager
• Member retention and cancellation management
• Follow up prospects and support new membership acquisition
• Maintain club presentation and safety standards
• GymMaster administration and reporting
• Assist with social media and local community engagement
• Business-to-business outreach and lead generation
• Handle stock orders and complete incident reports when required
