ABOUT THE ROLE

You are the first and last impression every client has at Rumble. Whether it’s welcoming a first-timer or sealing a membership sale, your role is to create hype, build trust, and convert interest into loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet every client like they’re a VIP (because they are)
• Sell memberships, class packs, and personal training with confidence
• Book and confirm PT consults, follow up on leads, and convert first-timers
• Create an electric, high-touch front desk experience before and after class
• Clean, restock, and reset the studio to maintain 5-star standards
• Work closely with management and trainers to drive studio performance
• Be a walking example of the Rumble vibe and values
