OVERVIEW OF ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver top-tier service.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle feedback with flair and keep standards sky-high.
• Manage bookings and tailor experiences for private and corporate events.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups.
• Drive new bookings and repeat business through proactive outreach.
• Represent King Pins at networking events and city pop-ups.
• Plan and host in-venue events like bowling competitions and charity nights.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote seasonal offers and packages.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for seamless execution.
