ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service. You will handle restaurant, bar, and reception duties, working closely with the team to create a positive guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Provide excellent customer service in the bar and restaurant areas.
• Take food and drink orders, serve meals, and handle payments.
• Assist with check-in and check-out at reception when required.
• Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a professional manner.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
