Dulse Seafood & Wine is Dean Banks latest creation. Dulse is a neighbourhood friendly bar & restaurant. We are all about using the finest Scottish Seafood & produce we can find. We have a Scottish only back bar featuring cocktails that play off our food menu ingredients. Our menu features a variety seasonal small plates and large plates with daily changing Day Boat fish specials.

Part time & Full Time positions are available.
Dulse are looking for Waiting Staff with amazing people skills, natural charisma, and a real passion for the hospitality industry. You will be led by an experienced team who take pride in delivering personal and exceptional service with a bit of fun.
