The Farmers Arms is looking for experienced bar and waitstaff to join our team. Our goal is to engage our guests in a warm and inviting experience through our friendly and professional service. We have a beautifully renovated pub, with an amazing staff, and we need to add more confident team members. 2025 Visit England, pub of the year.
Our food ethos is local, foraged, fresh and sustainable. Everything made in house or supplied by quality vendors who help to support our community. Our own farm supplies meat and produce. SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• excellent communication skills, with both guests and staff
• an interest in food and beverage
• A minimum of 6 months front of house experience, otherwise onsite training can be provided in a Food Runner position
• you must have your own reliable transportation, as there is limited public transportation to the area

EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE:

• Up to £12.83 per hour, depending on experience

• Seeking both a full and part time members of staff
