Fletcher’s is a family-owned restaurant, bar, and boutique hotel right in the heart of Stirling city centre. Since opening in 2019, we’ve become one of the city’s most-loved spots for incredible food, creative cocktails, and warm hospitality.

• Live in Stirling year-round (including over Christmas, summer, Easter, and other busy periods)

• Hours available: 4–30 hours per week (depending on your availability and experience)
• Flexible rota over 7 days – includes evenings and weekends
• Varied shifts, working both as a server and bartender (training provided)
