We’re looking for a Front of House Service Advisor to be the warm, professional face of our busy and friendly workshop. You’ll be helping customers, managing bookings, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine!

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Managing bookings for MOTs, servicing, and repairs
  • Estimating and quoting jobs accurately for customers
  • Ordering required parts and checking that the correct parts are received
  • Providing clear updates to customers by liaising with our workshop team
  • Processing payments and ensuring smooth handovers
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
  • Using computer systems confidently to manage schedules, estimates, and communication (strong IT skills are essential)

What You Must Have:

  • Previous experience in a service advisor, receptionist, or front-of-house role within the automotive or garage industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A keen interest in the motor trade and a willingness to learn
