Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Front of House Shift Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A 410 & Steeles in Brampton. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for our restaurant’s success, focusing on operational efficiency and a positive team environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations: Lead the Front of House team, manage daily FOH tasks, and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Team Management: Manage team member performance, shift organization, and staffing needs. You will also effectively train and develop, team members and trainers.
Quality Control: Ensure team members provide a remarkable guest experience and maintain accuracy with customer orders. You will also maintain store cleanliness and conduct service and quality audits.
General: Perform physical activities like lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute opening and/or closing procedures with precision.
Manage Front of House operations to ensure the guest experience is consistent with our brand standards.
Ensure compliance with all company policies.
Maintain accurate inventory of Front of House supplies and food products.
Assist with new hire onboarding and training for Front of House staff.
Track attendance, schedule changes, and time-off requests for Front of House staff.
Assist with conflict resolution and escalate concerns to leadership when needed.
Maintain open communication with team members to promote engagement and retention.
Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members and leaders.
Assist in general operations as needed.
