OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team at this Family owned establishment since 1998. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during shifts, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our front-of-house staff. As a Front of House Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing staff effectively in the absence of your line manager, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment. Could be of interest to you if you have front of house experience but wanting to step up to a more supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food service management principles including budgeting, inventory control, and food safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences for guests.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
  • An ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure, especially during busy service times.
  • Knowledge of using TOGO boking system an advantage although not essential.
