JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and professional Front of House team member to join our practice on a zero-hour contract, primarily covering weekend shifts. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring every visitor receives an outstanding experience, reflecting the quality and care we provide in our clinical services.

· Warmly welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
· Verify patient details and update records as needed.
· Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
· Assist patients with completing forms and necessary documentation.
· Support patients throughout their visit, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed.
· Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate appointments and communicate patient needs.
· Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front desk and waiting area.
