YOUR NEW ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented full time Front of House Specialist to join our team.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who is just as passionate about our patient-focused approach as we are, and who can really align themselves with our company values of Empathy, Integrity, Innovation & Timelessness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Open and close the Clinic
  • Ensure the smooth running of the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Ensure patients feel welcomed by providing an informative and engaging experience during every visit
  • Manage the appointment book and keep patients informed of any changes in a timely manner
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing enquiries, both via phone and email
  • Drive sales through excellent patient consultation and sharing of product knowledge to achieve your personal objectives and the retail targets
  • General upkeep and housekeeping of the clinic
  • General stock management

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Time availability
  • Positive, enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Passionate for people and able to quickly build rapport
  • Patient focused with an empathetic approach to patient care
